We do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure before you finalize your order that you've chosen the correct size and colors of your liking. We will only consider exchanges for size, damages or defects, or if the wrong product(s) were shipped to you by mistake.If you would like to exchange an item for size, please contact customer service.
To be considered, exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receipt and items must be in new condition, meaning they can't be worn with all tags and labels attached.
The item(s) MUST be in the same condition that it was received(unwashed and unworn.) We CANNOT and WILL NOT exchange the item if it has been worn, washed, or damaged.In order to receive an exchange (for same item you initially ordered), please include a copy of the receipt, your contact number, and the item information( such as name of item, color, size) that you would like with your return.
All orders received will be shipped within 7-14 business calendar days after processing (this does not include holidays or the weekends).
When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. We will send a follow-up email with your tracking information.
