What Is The Return Policy?


We do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure before you finalize your order that you've chosen the correct size and colors of your liking. We will only consider exchanges for size, damages or defects, or if the wrong product(s) were shipped to you by mistake.If you would like to exchange an item for size, please contact customer service. To be considered, exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receipt and items must be in new condition, meaning they can't be worn with all tags and labels attached.​ The item(s) MUST be in the same condition that it was received(unwashed and unworn.) We CANNOT and WILL NOT exchange the item if it has been worn, washed, or damaged.​In order to receive an exchange (for same item you initially ordered), please include a copy of the receipt, your contact number, and the item information( such as name of item, color, size) that you would like with your return. After we have received the package, we will contact you to inform you the details and a new item sent to you.​ALL exchange shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange requests made after 48 hours of receipt will not be accepted.




I Never Received My Order, Now What?


We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you input the correct address information, that will be the address that we use for shipping. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address that you have provided us, the tracking number information, date of delivery for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier. We will NOT be responsible.
