What Is The Shipping & Return Policy?
We do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and colors of your items. Sizing chart is on our website, so please check before purchase.
Please Be Advised All Jumpsuits & Bodysuits are Final Sale and Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned for sanitary reasons.
1. We do NOT accept orders that are made with a different Billing and Shipping Address under ANY circumstance. The order WILL BE cancelled.
2. Sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to the nature of the items being sold.
3. We DO NOT accept liability for items damaged by USPS manhandling.
4. We do not refund shipping under any circumstance. 5. Please insert the right address and provide the correct Apt number if applicable. If your item is returned to us because it was not able to be delivered, you will have to pay another shipping fee or accept a refund without the shipping fee included.
5. We work from Monday through Friday and orders take approximately 1-3 business days to ship. Emails and Direct Messages will be responded to as soon as possible. We try to get orders out in 1 -2 business days, but it depends on the volume of orders we receive.During seasons with high volume orders, it can take up to 5 business days for orders to SHIP. We are not responsible when you insert the wrong address.We are NOT responsible for LOST or stolen packages. USPS doesn't have delays often, but they can be delayed due to weather etc. WE are also not responsible for delays by USPS.
6. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds.

I Never Received My Order, Now What?
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you input the correct address information, that will be the address that we use for shipping.
Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address that you have provided us, the tracking number information, date of delivery for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier. We will
NOT be responsible.
